Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PitWorks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PitWorks is a cloud-based platform for vehicle workshops that provides job card management, time tracking, parts management, customer and vehicle records, and third-party integrations including Xero.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own individual account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all content and data you enter into PitWorks. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data and access it only for service provision, support, or as required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur and we will provide notice where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of PitWorks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
